New Horizons Community Wellness Center (NHCWC) respects the privacy of our supporters and web visitors. NHCWC is the sole owner of the information collected on https://newhorizonscwc.org/. Thus, we may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website or when you contact us through our website. We automatically receive and record information on our servers’ logs from your browser including your IP address, cookies information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

In several areas of the NHCWC website, you have the option to sign up, register, donate for specific information or events. In doing so, you provide us with contact information which we will use to share with you the specific information you requested, as well as to send periodic programmatic or promotional email communications. By signing up for email updates, you may receive communications from NHCWC. 

NHCWC will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, such as to ship a book order or process an online credit card donation.

Security

NHCWC takes serious precautions to protect your information. We strongly recommend, however, that you do not submit any clinical or personal information (other than your contact information) about yourself. Instead, contact the agency directly. Should you, however, submit sensitive information via our website, we take every precaution to protect sensitive information online, but we cannot guarantee it. Further, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
